Circular To Parents

Parents and students are hereby informed that if any student is found to have caused physical/mental injury to another student, the student will be suspended immediately from school for a period of time depending on the severity of the injury and intent to harm. Parents are requested to advise their children to be careful about their actions in school.

Parents are also requested to note that if there is a dispute of misunderstanding/fight between/among students, the matter must be referred to school authorities and not deal with it among yourselves.

Please note that sweatshirts / jerseys / even with a ‘Josephite’ label and jackets do not form a part of school uniform. As such they should not be worn in the precincts of the school. So also bands or badges of any kind are not permitted in the school.

Students are not permitted to bring pen drives or any electronic gadget and use in the smart boards in the school. If bought for educational purposes, they must be routed through the resource room by the class teacher. Unauthorized gadgets will be confiscated and not returned!

Mobiles are not permitted in School. No exception will be made. If found, they will be confiscated and not returned.

Parents must ensure that their wards are punctual to school. Make sure that students reach the school before 8.10 a.m., so that they attend the Assembly/class at 8.15 am sharp. If a student is late to school four or more times, his/her parents may be called to school to explain.

Correct uniform including tie, shoes, socks and belt must be worn as per the guidelines given in the school calendar. Parents must ensure their wards have a proper ‘haircut!’ A nominal fine of Rs. 50/- will be levied for default of anyone of the items of the uniform. Fine will be charged even for not bringing school diary/calendar.

Parents/Guardians are not permitted to go to the classroom/corridor to pick up their children. Please wait near the area outside the portico.

Parents, please note that from the month of November 2013, teachers will be available for consultation on every working Friday, after class from 2.45 pm to 3.20 pm for classes 1 to 6 & from 3.20 to 3.45 pm for classes 7 to 12. Parents can meet them during that time. The Hard copy of the same has been given to all parents and consent received.
