Transcendence 2016

“Science is simply common sense at its best”. Transcendence 2016 very justly proved this. Held on the 26th and 27th of October, this Fest witnessed eager participation from students of classes 7 to 12. While loud and heated Debate ensued in the auditorium over the question on continuing research on extraterrestrial intelligence, silent sagacity was hard at work while students solved Crosswords and Quizzes.

No nook or corner of the imposing edifice of St. Joseph’s Boys’ High School was left unanalyzed by participants of the Treasure Hunt as they comprehended their clues with wit. A bright smile and a greeting would be followed by a detailed explanation to anyone viewing the intricate and detailed models made by students taking part in the Model Making Competition. Brimming with enthusiasm, young minds sought to analyze carefully and think clearly while exhibiting a keen and incisive interest in events like Pot Pourri, Video Making and Rubicon.

The faith and toil of science teacher Mrs. Sunitha S. Pai, our Principal Rev. Fr. Clifford Sequeira, SJ, Vice Principal Mrs. Miriam Angelo and Primary Administrator Fr. Robert C Rodrigues, alongwith the support staff who spared no muscle while arranging this event, contributed immensely towards the successful completion of the Fest. Hide
